Zena Deane

Zena works behind the scenes at Make Yourself, undertaking the day-to-day running of the company operations including finance and travel arrangements for the international events. She also collates the course notes, feedback and photographs/videos. This provides delegates with a permanent reminder of their Make Yourself experience!
 
Zena has over 10 years experience in conference production and training with a specific focus on the Financial Services sector.
 
Prior to joining Make Yourself, she was Business Development Manager for the training arm of the Securities Institute (now the Securities and Investment Institute) in the City of London.
 
She has a thorough understanding of Financial products across multiple geographies and was heavily involved in the development of new international examinations for the financial services sector in emerging markets such as Greece and Lebanon. During this time she worked with clients in the US,  Europe and the Middle East to develop effective training programmes for their back and middle office staff.
