Leadership Programme Module 1: Leading Self


Leading Self enables your people to better understand themselves so that they can be a more effective and inspiring leader.

We develop their emotional intelligence, give them clarity on their personal leadership purpose and values, and support them as they develop their own authentic, leadership style.

Course outline


In this two-day module, development begins before the course.

Participants work with their manager to complete a development plan, as well as completing a number of relevant questionnaires which will be debrief during the module.

The course uses a mix of theory, films, exercises, small and whole group discussions and high-energy activities. Some work overnight may be required.

Additional Information


This two-day course is the first of the three Leadership Programme Modules. It can be run either on-site, or recommended, off-site, to encourage new thinking patterns and reduced distractions.

The topics above represent the core of the Leading Self module. Topics can be dialled-up or dialled down according to your specific learning objectives. We can also run additional ‘deep-dive’ days, into areas including Personality Profiling and Communication Styles.
