Which course is right for me?
We offer a range of influencing and negotiation courses. Both areas share common strategies and techniques and you could spend many days learning and practising. To break the techniques into manageable chunks of learning, we distinguish between the two areas.
We define Negotiation as when both parties have items to trade, and there is a deal of some kind to be done. And Influencing as when one party is trying to bring another party around to their way of thinking, as opposed to there being a trade.
All our courses have been designed to run as virtual training courses as well as in-person, in a range of different online formats.
