Graham founded ‘Make Yourself!’ in 2006. The company offers a fresh approach to building communication & creative skills and successful teams by using complementary techniques from the visual, film and performing arts.
Make Yourself! has worked with over 40 companies including Google, P&G, AstraZeneca, Landor Design, Starcom, OMD, JWT, Iris, Ogilvy and Publicis Advertising, Emap, News International, The IPA, JPMorgan, Barclays, Deloitte, Citibank, American Express, MoneyGram, HSBC, TNT, ING, ABN AMRO and Great Ormond Street Hospital.
Graham has commented on marketing, media and training related issues in The Daily Telegraph and the Financial Times as well as on BBC national radio and TV.
Prior to starting Make Yourself! Graham worked at the advertising agencies O&M, Y&R, DMB&B and Leo Burnett. He also worked at the innovation consultancy The Value Engineers and started his life as a brand manager at P&G.
The list of brands/companies he has worked with include: Guinness, Pirelli, Unilever (various businesses), Ford, P&O Cruises, Kellogg’s, Barclays, Sky, RHM, Hasbro, Colgate, Pampers, the COI (Royal Navy, Royal Marines and Territorial Army), Dairy Crest and Kodak.
Andy Craggs has 20 years of experience in international business consulting, human resources strategy and organisation design. His professional experience includes vice president and director level positions in media, entertainment, communications and financial services with The Wall Street Journal, Sony Pictures/Columbia Tristar, Saatchi & Saatchi, The Walt Disney Company and The Prudential’s online bank, Egg.
He launched his own Leadership and OD Consultancy in 2006, and works globally with a number of clients, applying his extensive HR experience, cross-cultural expertise and language skills to projects. Andy specialises in business coaching, leadership development, and organisation design, and is a qualified practitioner in core psychometric tools such as MBTI and Firo-B, as well as using behavioural tools such as transactional analysis, situational leadership, emotional intelligence, and Gestalt theory in his work.
He is a frequent public speaker and writer on organisational strategy, international business, and cross-cultural management and has taught at UCLA (US), EMAM (Italy), and the IPA (UK) where as Director of HR at Saatchi he was awarded the 2006 prize for excellence in continuous professional development. A French/US national, Andy is London based and holds a business degree in Finance and Economics.
Kathryn helps people from the business world develop their speaking voices using techniques practised by singers and actors. She has worked with Google, P&G, major banks, retail organisations, manufacturers, sales organisations, advertising and media agencies (in fact nearly all the organisations on the Make Yourself client list).
Kathryn trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama before singing with Glyndebourne, the Wagner Festival at Bayreuth in Germany, Opera Factory and English Touring Opera.
Due to family commitments she now specialises in concert work around the UK although she has managed to squeeze in the odd operatic performance including The Countess in The Marriage of Figaro.
Alongside her busy performing schedule Kathryn is also a successful singing teacher.
Jonathan has had considerable experience over the last ten years delivering Personal Impact skills training, as well as Team Building and Leadership Development to the corporate world - from immersive role play and improvisation to facilitation, coaching business leaders, and creativity masterclasses which is what he specialises in now.
His past clients have included work for Google, AMEX, AstraZeneca, JWT, O&M Advertising, Orkla Foods (Oslo), TNT, Wrigleys, TBWA, Landor Design, WDMP, Publicis, The IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising) Citibank, BPP Law School, ACAS, and The Value Engineers Brand Consultancy.
An ex-army scholar, he has a degree from Exeter University, and is a graduate from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. He has worked extensively as an actor, writer and director for twenty years.
More recent theatre work includes sell-out runs of his one man musical comedy, ‘I Found My Horn’ & also playing opposite Imogen Stubbs in Hampstead Theatre’s highly acclaimed revival of the Michael Frayn play, ‘Alphabetical Order’. On television, he is best remembered for his roles in ‘London’s Burning’, ‘Soldier, Soldier’ and ‘Coronation St.’ He is also an award-winning playwright and has directed in theatres all over the UK.
Jane led international equity sales teams at Societe Generale, SG Warburg, NatWest Markets, Commerzbank and ING Charterhouse. Her experience and in depth knowledge of companies in a wide range of global sectors gives her first hand experience of the critical issues encountered by business leaders and the range of situations they must be equipped to deal with.
Jane focuses on one-to-one coaching at a senior level. She coaches on single issues, with executives who are stepping up, and on programmes delivered for top teams. She is experienced in all types of 360 from the bespoke through to web based tools and is accredited in a range of tools including NLP Business Practitioner, Firo Element B, Team Climate Survey. She actively uses the Myers Briggs Type Indicator Steps 1 and 2, both on an individual basis and when working with teams. Jane has coached in the energy, retail, media, insurance, financial services and telecommunication industries at FTSE 100 level.
Lollie has 25 years experience in marketing, PR and coaching in the media, communications, telecoms and fashion industries. Her client list includes ITV, MTV, Telegraph Group, Bauer, BT, O2, GSK, Grey, Petro Canada, and UK Sport.

A former successful headhunter for over 20 years, Virginia brings vast experience and unique insights into the working world, and how to flourish within it. A talent management specialist, her clients include CEO’s, department heads, emerging leaders, and HR professionals in FTSE 100 companies. Her focus is on 1X1 coaching and outplacement support at senior level. Hot topics are inspirational leadership, employee engagement and managing upwards. Her unique training in interview skills and workplace coaching have been delivered internationally to great acclaim.

Sonia has a pretty unparalleled experience of journalism, having worked for both broadsheets and tabloids, magazines and online journals, both on the news and features pages. She has appeared on TV news programmes and discussion panels and has been Whitehall Editor, Brussels correspondent and City correspondent on two national papers. She has also written as a freelancer on virtually every subject from football clubs to teaching children etiquette via monetary union and the UK property market. She has used her extensive understanding of the print and broadcast media to train people from all walks of life from high street bank chairmen to headteachers and publishers on the fine art of dealing with journalists and their editors.
Siobhan is an accredited Life Coach and NLP Practitioner who has built up considerable experience in designing and delivering workshops specialising in performance, personal impact, performance anxiety, team dynamics and leadership. She also coaches senior personnel in all areas of communication and leadership. Clients include Google UK & EMEA, Saatchi & Saatchi, Saatchi & Saatchi X, Euro RSCG, Biss, Lancaster, Maitland European Association of Communications Agencies.
Her business experience prior to coaching includes a decade working with Saatchi & Saatchi advertising in a variety of roles within both the UK and EMEA networks, helping to win new business and working on a range of accounts and projects.
Prior to this, Siobhan enjoyed a long and successful career as a performing artist. She was professionally engaged as a Soloist with The Royal Ballet and Sadlers Wells Royal Ballet, touring globally and enjoying collaborations with the world’s great choreographers and composers.
She joined, Rambert Dance Company and performed contemporary dance with them for four years before itchy feet lead her to pursue a nagging desire of many years, acting. This was to be her final move within the performing arts and she enjoyed nearly a decade appearing in many stage and TV productions.
Suzy’s extensive experience in theatre and TV both as an audio and visual performer have equipped her to give people in the corporate world fresh insights into their presentational and vocal delivery. She has developed a specialist Vocal Workshop ‘Make Yourself Heard’ and has worked with a broad range of Clients including Google, Euro RSCG, Landor, Ogilvy & Mather and Aga.
After graduating from Birmingham University with a 2:1 in Drama & Theatre Arts, Suzy has worked extensively in theatre and TV. She has worked at both the RSC and The National Theatre appearing in the London premiere of Alan Ayckbourn’s ‘House & Garden’. Her TV credits include recently appearing as a regular character in ‘Jam & Jerusalem’, written by Jennifer Saunders, ‘The Family Man’ with Trevor Eve and ‘Like Father Like Son’ with Robson Green and Jemma Richardson. She also featured in recent episodes of Doctors, Midsommer Murders, the CBBC series ‘The Revenge Files of Alistair Fury’ and ‘My Parents are Aliens’. She has appeared in many plays on tour including trips to the Middle and Far East performing ‘dinner theatre’ to expats in ballrooms the size of aircraft hangers – a test of vocal agility and ability!
Much in demand as an audio artist, Suzy records Talking Books for several companies including the BBC and ISIS and has won awards for her readings of ‘Bridget Jones’ Diary’ and ‘Olivia’s Luck’. She also works for the audio company CYP where her vocal range includes dozens of different character voices.
