Creativity and Innovation Workshop
This training course explores the nature of creativity and creative thinking within individuals, teams and companies. We look at how to create and build a more inspirational culture, and the mastering of the tools, processes and strategies to achieve it. Finally we examine how to 'sell-in' new ideas, building belief and support amongst colleagues and clients .The workshop is very interactive and is filled with quizzes, brain gyms, improvisation, exercises, idea generation sessions and presentations.
Attendees are encouraged to bring creative challenges to test the interactive tools, games and strategies that they will learn.
We cover the following areas:
- Techniques from the arts and the performing world that will get people inspired, energized and playful
- Understanding creativity and the human brain
- Mastering tools, processes and strategies to stretch creative thinking
- Creating and building a more inspirational culture
- What inspires people to innovative ‘greatness’ and techniques to inspire team members
- Creating action plans that can be implemented outside the workshop
- Methods for getting input, feedback and understanding of what has been created
- How to sell a great idea to colleagues, management and beyond
